WHO WE ARE

Colin holds a B.Eng (HONS) Electrical & Electronic Engineering and is a TUV certified Functional Safety specialist. He has considerable experience project managing the design, installation and commissioning of safety systems, including fire & gas, emergency shutdown and process control systems across a number of industries. Founder of the XL Global Group he maintains an active leadership role across the divisions. 

Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University and ICD.D designation from ICD-Rotman.  She is a very active community business leader with over twenty years experience in management, business operations, and customer delivery. Karen is responsible for the overall management and growth of atlanticxl and beyond, as well as holding various board positions outside the organization.

Farid holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Mechanical Engineering and is a Project Management Professional, accredited by PMI. He has gained engineering and management experience in mining, manufacturing, research & development and oil & gas. He joined accessxl as General Manager in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the design, manufacture and delivery of all vehicle lift products and bespoke fabrication projects.

Bob has over 15 years’ experience working within Fuel Meter Calibration, Loading Skid assembly and repair services. Bob joined AMC in 2005 as an apprentice, where he gained experience in all aspects of meter calibration and repairs. In his role as General Manager, he is now responsible for the leadership and continued growth of the AMC XL business.
