WHO WE ARE

Colin holds a B.Eng (HONS) Electrical & Electronic Engineering and is a TUV certified Functional Safety specialist. He has considerable experience project managing the design, installation and commissioning of safety systems, including fire & gas, emergency shutdown and process control systems across a number of industries. Founder of the XL Global Group he maintains an active leadership role across the divisions. 

Graeme is a BA (Hons) Business Studies and Management graduate with 18 years’ experience in a range of industries including Semi-Conductors, Cables and Professional services. Graeme joined XL Group in 2019 taking on responsibility for the expansion of our customer base in Central Scotland and North East England. Having supported sales for all of XL Global Group’s UK divisions, Graeme was promoted to the role of Business Development Manager in 2021. Graeme is responsible for the group’s ongoing business development strategy and the continued growth and diversification of our customer base.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University and ICD.D designation from ICD-Rotman.  She is a very active community business leader with over twenty years experience in management, business operations, and customer delivery. Karen is responsible for the overall management and growth of atlanticxl and beyond, as well as holding various board positions outside the organization.

Farid holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Mechanical Engineering and is a Project Management Professional, accredited by PMI. He has gained engineering and management experience in mining, manufacturing, research & development and oil & gas. He joined accessxl as General Manager in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the design, manufacture and delivery of all vehicle lift products and bespoke fabrication projects.

Mark has more than 15 years’ experience in the Metering & Measurement sector of the Oil & Gas industry. Having joined XL Group in August 2020, following 9 years with Petrofac where he led their global Metering division, Mark is responsible for leading, growing and diversifying the aquidataxl and amcxl businesses in the global marketplace.

Paul started out as an Accountant before moving on to Commercial and Management roles. Having over 20 years’ experience in the Mobility and Accessibility sectors and previously working for one of the largest quoted companies in the sector, he is now promoting the mobilityxl brand to a worldwide customer base.

Bob has over 15 years’ experience working within Fuel Meter Calibration, Loading Skid assembly and repair services. Bob joined AMC in 2005 as an apprentice, where he gained experience in all aspects of meter calibration and repairs. In his role as General Manager, he is now responsible for the leadership and continued growth of the AMC XL business.
